Ladies I can tell you how the power of prayer can truly move mountains. The Bible says that faith even as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, so I say let's get our seeds to in action! There are some mountains to be moved, and God is ready and waiting for us to prepare for battle. Those mountains are pretty intimidating; however, they have nothing on OUR God! How wonderful to know that He is willing to take out the enemy and allow us the opportunity to witness His power?!
This morning, as you rise up, would you pray for our missionaries in Romania? This family sits in Oradea, Romania where spiritual warfare is a real thing. Check out beliefinmotion.org this morning, and know that a simple prayer for the conditions in the villages around this city would work literal miracles in these people. A simple prayer for a little boy named Simmy and that God would intercede and protect this sweet baby who has touched countless lives with his miraculous story. A prayer for Florica who is a widow who lives atop a mountain - literally. Or for Maria, a very recent widow who lives in a little village at the base of the mountain. Both are amazing women of God in whose homes we can feel the presence of God as though if we opened our eyes we might catch a glimpse of Jesus himself sitting in the room! The stories go on and on, but the simple fact is these people that this family works with are living proof of what faith can do. They know His power because they have experienced it firsthand.
So would you join me? Would you pray for people you may never see with your own eyes? Would you pray with a fervent trust that they will experience this POWER of God and with the knowledge that I can promise they know we are praying. They NEED us to pray. Their lives depend on it in many cases. Not only that, but they are grateful most not for the food sponsors send, or clothes, or tangible items. They are most touched by these unknown people taking time to think about them a world away...That is God working wonders. He is the God of Wonders and King of Glory for a reason. Thanks in advance for those prayers.
